THE REPORTS.. TREASURERS ACTIVITIES WERE PRESENTED BY GUS RUCH. EXPENSES FOR THE
97-98 OPERATION SHOWN ALONG WITH PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR 98-99.

-MORAINE DR- SIGN UP PASSED FOR COMMITTEE- NEW MEMBERS CALL JUDY SEHY
AMENDMENT VOTE BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
THE BOARD MEMBERS WILL BE BRING AROUND INFO ABOUT A NEW
AMENDMENT THAT WAS PASSED OUT AT THE HOMEOWNERS MEETING.
THIS PROVISION ALLOWS US (MLHA) TO COLLECT FEES FOR A VIOLATION
OF A COVENANT FROM THE HOMEOWNER , IF THE CASE IS SETTLED WITH
THE HOMEOWNER AT FAULT. THEY WILL ACQUIRE THE EXPENSES OF THAT
LEGAL ACTION FOR THE CASE. NOT ONLY FOR THEMSELVES BUT FOR
THE MLHA . WE FEEL THAT THIS ACTION WILL PROTECT EVERYONE
AND OMITT THE MLHA FROM ACQUIRING UNNECESSARY DEBT IN THE
FUTURE.
IT WILL NEED BE SIGNED BY 80% OF THE HOMEOWNERS,BY PLAIT.
ONE PLATT RAS BEEN COMPLETED ALREADY.
THIS IS A GREAT ADVANTAGE TO THE MLHA,
